User Content and Comments

Any content submitted by users reflects only the views of the person who posted it, and not the views of DeepCore Apps, its affiliates, or its representatives.

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeepCore Apps will not be responsible for any user-submitted content, or for any losses, damages, or costs that result from such content being posted, shared, or present within the application.

We may, at our discretion, monitor, review, or remove content that breaches these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right and authority to share that content
  • Your content does not violate anyone else's intellectual property rights
  • Your content does not contain unlawful, abusive, or offensive material
  • Your content is not meant for unauthorized commercial or illegal purposes

By posting content, you give DeepCore Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in any media or format.

Linking to Our Apps

The following types of organizations may link to our applications without needing our prior written consent:

  • Government agencies
  • Search engines
  • News outlets
  • Online directory services
  • Accredited businesses (with the exception of certain non-profit and fundraising organizations)

Any such link must:

  • Not be misleading or deceptive in any way
  • Not suggest false endorsement, sponsorship, or approval

You may not frame or embed our application in any way that changes its appearance, layout, or presentation without our prior written approval.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for content appearing on any external site that links to our applications. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from content hosted on your platform.

No link to us should appear on any page containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

Reservation of Rights

We may, at our discretion, request that a link to our applications be removed. If we make such a request, you agree to remove the link promptly.

We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continuing to use our applications after any changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Removal of Links From Our App

If you find a link within our application that you believe is inappropriate or offensive, you are welcome to contact us.

We will consider such requests but are under no obligation to remove content or to respond directly.

We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found within our applications, and we do not guarantee that our apps will always be available or that their content will always be current.
